Dated 27 Nov 1926
One-half part to brother of the deceased, etc........
One-half part thereof, being the sum of Fifteen Hundred Ninety-two and 25/100 ($1,592.25) to
Floyd Haxon (sic) Peck, the minor child of Laura
Bell Peck, deceased, by right of representation and it is furhter ordered and decreed that the distributive shares
shall be paid by said Administrator to and turned over to such agent for the non-resident heir, meaning the said Floyd Hazon (sic) Peck, or guardian as this court may hereafter appoint and who shall have accepted said trust
and duly qualified to receive such fund.
If satisfactorily appearing to the said Probate Court that said Floyd Hazon (sic) Peck is not within the State of Idaho, but is now in the State of Indiana and has estate in the State of Idaho.
Done in open Court this 27th day of November 1926.
