Roy Frodsham 1935 ~ 2004 KAYSVILLE Roy Frodsham, 68, passed away Thursday,
June 24, 2004 at the Davis Hospital and Medical Center from complications of Diabetes. He was born November 23, 1935 in Brigham
City the son of Dan LeRoy and Audrey Winona Larsen Frodsham. Roy married Diane Andrus on November 20, 1958 in the Logan LDS
Temple. Roy coached basketball for many years. Roy enjoyed doing family history. He and his father founded a company, Roydan
Publishing which created many forms still used in family history. Roy was known by many people as the tax man. For 33 years
people returned to him to have their taxes prepared and hear a good story. Surviving are his wife Diane of Kaysville; one
son David L. Frodsham of Kaysville; two daughters Lori (Chris) Whittaker of Bountiful; Jill (Jeff) Bartlett of Layton; five
grandchildren Alexia, Skyler, Tanner, Brooklyn and Brittan. Also surviving are one brother Gary (Carolyn) Frodsham of Boise,
ID; two sisters Nedra (Kenny) Fuller of Riverton; and Michelle Myers of Logan. He was preceded in death by one brother Dan
Frodsham. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 28, 2004 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville Brook Haven Ward, 190 No. Country
Lane. Friends and family may call Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main and Mon. from 9:30-
10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery. Published in the Deseret
