Below is the divorce decree transcribed by me. When I didn't know the word or the spelling
I have left a blank with a question mark and am copying verbatim, without any quotes or "sic's". See below for
a scan of the divorce decree of Edward and Julie.

Now ? Julie Frodsham Plaintiff
in the above entitled cause and humbly complaining of the said Edward Frodsham Defendant therin respectfully represents unto
Your Honor and alleges: That on the Seventeenth (17th) day of December A. D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one (1861)
at Provo City, Utah Territory, the said plaintiff and defendant were legally married and that ever since the said date they
have been and now are husband and wife. That there are as the fruits of said marriage two (2) children now living, one
Claudius Edward Frodsham being now ten years old past and the other Clara Frodsham now four years old past. That since the time of their said marriage the defendant has
been convicted for felony and imprisoned in the penitentiary therefor. And that he has deserted the plaintiff and absented
himself from her and with. held all support for over four (4) years. That defendants conduct toward plantiff has been
such that they cannot live in peace and union together and that their welfare requires their separation.
Wherefore plaintiff ? that
the Bonds of Matrimony heretofore existing between the said plaintiff and defendant may by a decree of your Honor's Court
be forever dissolved. That the care, custody and control of the two children hereinbefore named Claudius Edward Frodsham
and Clara Frodsham be awarded to plaintiff and for such other and further relief as the equity of the case may require.
Plaintiff further says that she is a resident of said Weber County and that this
petition and application for divorce is made in sincerity and of her own free will and choice for the purposes therein
mentioned.

Julia Frodsham bein first duly sworn upon
her oath deposes and says that she is plaintiff in the ? above entit??? case,
that she has heard ? the foregoing complaint and knows the
contents therof and that the same is here of her own Knowledge except as to such matters as are therein stated on information
and belief and as to such she believes it to be true.
Subscribed and sworn to before me this 13th day of July 1874.
